Release Notes - IBC V10 Portal upgrade to 2.06.1

(Released February 2021)

Some of the changes made in the portal support the EX series of boilers and future IBC products. Before accessing ‘portal.ibcboiler.com’, please clear your browser history.

The following minor changes were integrated into the portal:

• Touchscreen and Technicians websites display EX boiler model data correctly.
• Senior Managers and Senior Tech Support user roles are now able to see the "user owned" boilers that are [Unassigned] on the IBC Dashboard boilers list.
• Touchscreen and Technicians websites have had the "Load Statistics" screen updated to show the correct load run times. Also, some labels were changed to more accurately describe some of the fields.
